In
1998, Horton began producing recordings
for various artists in New York City. These
were artists he was either playing with
or of whose music he was a fan. Some of
those recordings became full length albums
and eventually found their home on his boutique
label Soulsearch Music. The label's vision
is to support artists with an original approach
to composing and performing music. All of
these recordings are available for purchase
through the Soulsearch
Music website, iTunes and other fine
digital download sites.

The most recent addition to
the Soulsearch catalog is
an album entitled JAZZADELPHIA
Volume 1: The Piano, which
was conceived, produced
and engineered by Horton.
It features fourteen Philadelphia
pianists performing compositions
by legendary Philly Jazz
artists: John Coltrane,
Benny Golson, Jimmy Heath,
Hank Mobley, Bobby Timmons,
McCoy Tyner, Sun Ra and
